FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

General

What are research peptides?

Research peptides are short chains of amino acids used in scientific studies to investigate various biological processes and potential therapeutic applications. These peptides are synthesized through solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) and are intended exclusively for in-vitro research and laboratory use. They are not intended for human consumption.

What research peptides does Blueprint Labs Group offer?

We offer a comprehensive catalog of over 50 research peptides, including BPC-157, CJC-1295/Ipamorelin, MOTS-C, NAD+, Tirzepatide, Semaglutide, Glutathione, and proprietary blends like KLOW and Wolverine. Browse our full product catalog for the complete selection.

Are research peptides legal to purchase?

Yes. Research peptides are legal to purchase in the United States when sold for legitimate scientific research and laboratory use. They are classified as research chemicals, not controlled substances. All purchases from Blueprint Labs Group must be intended for research purposes only. By placing an order, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that products will not be used for human consumption.

Who can purchase from Blueprint Labs Group?

Our products are available to qualified researchers, laboratories, academic institutions, and individuals conducting legitimate scientific research. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that products will be used strictly for research purposes.

Quality & Testing

How do you ensure product quality and purity?

Every batch of peptides undergoes rigorous third-party testing by accredited laboratories. We verify purity via HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and confirm molecular identity through mass spectrometry. Our catalog maintains a minimum purity standard of 98%+ across all products.

What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

A Certificate of Analysis is an independent document from a third-party lab that verifies the identity, purity, and quality of a specific product batch. Each COA includes the peptide name, lot number, HPLC purity percentage, amino acid sequence verification, and testing methodology used.

Where can I find COAs for your products?

COAs are available on each product page. If you need a COA for a specific lot number or cannot locate it on the website, contact us at info@blueprintlabsgroup.com and we will provide it promptly.

Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Browse our product catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account for order tracking and faster future purchases.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and other secure online payment options. All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment systems.

Do I need an account to order?

No, guest checkout is available. However, creating an account gives you access to order history, tracking, saved addresses, and exclusive offers.

Shipping & Handling

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. See our Shipping Policy for current thresholds and delivery timeframes.

How are peptides shipped?

All orders are carefully packaged to maintain product integrity during transit. Temperature-sensitive peptides are shipped with insulated packaging and cold packs when necessary to preserve stability. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Blueprint Labs Group ships within the United States. International shipping availability varies by destination. Contact us for specific inquiries about international orders.

Storage & Handling

How should I store research peptides?

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place at 2-8°C (36-46°F), such as a standard refrigerator. For long-term storage, peptides can be kept at -20°C. Once reconstituted, peptides should be refrigerated at 2-8°C and used within the timeframe specified on the product documentation.

What is peptide reconstitution?

Reconstitution is the process of dissolving lyophilized peptide powder into a sterile solution, typically bacteriostatic water or sterile saline. The volume of solution added determines the final concentration. Always use sterile technique and refer to product-specific documentation for recommended reconstitution volumes.

What supplies do I need for peptide research?

Common supplies include bacteriostatic water, sterile syringes, alcohol swabs, and proper storage containers. We carry essential research supplies in our catalog.

Returns & Support

What is your return policy?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@blueprintlabsgroup.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns on opened products. See our full Returns and Refund Policy for details.
